This Jack Astor's restaurant is decent. If your looking for a decent meal at a decent price then this is your place. I've had various meals in the past, but my favorite is the Fajitas which are great. The most recent visit included the Tuna Bowl which is always great. Drink prices are average, however be careful when ordering drinks. I ordered a double scotch neat which is a go to drink and I'm certain I probably only got about 1 1/4 ounces. I will say it's my own fault for not complaining, but something to be mindful of.
I had dinner there with my little family and the service was great! The waiter was very polite and he was also attentive. The food came in a reasonable time and the portions and quality were great. I have the bruschetta and cheese for the appetizer , and the double breast chicken with seven grain rice for the entree - and the food was hot and tasty. My family also enjoyed their foods and my daughter loves the fish and chip. I would definitely visit and eat on their patio when the weather gets hot !
Had a great experience today. Our waitress Debbie was hospitable and friendly. I really enjoyed the amazing chicken wings and large mexican salad. I wish there was a Jack Astor's in Windsor. It would do well there Thank you Debbie and your team for a great dinning experience.
Service was friendly. Food was delicious. Beer was cold. Not much else you can ask for. Restaurant is clean and well maintained. Was the middle of the day on a Monday so speedy service and food delivery. For a chain restaurant the food quality was great.
Around the 16th of April I was trying to purchase dinner online for my family.... ended up costing 80 plus dollars. Online all orders were given 25% discount the website was glitching so I called The store to explain and see if they could place my order over the phone. I was told rudely by a women that she couldn’t do that so I said thanks and Was unimpressed and hung up the phone I then called back to place the order for just chicken fingers and my online order was placed online. That next week I called to talk to a manager and they said that they should have applied the 25 percent in store and they would send us a gift card... two weeks after that we received a disrespectful “free app but you have to spend 25 dollars” why did you even send this worst customer service and insulting way to make up for it ...
